We recognize the importance of taking care of your mind, body, and spirit, especially during a busy conference schedule. It is for this exact reason that we've created the exhibit hall Wellness Area. This space is the perfect place to meet and make new connections with like-minded individuals, discover new ways to incorporate wellness into your life (and that of your students) and let off a little steam! We've got three distinct part of this fantastic new addition- so make sure you find some time in your schedule to practice some self-care.
Yoga and Meditation
Join Breathe for Change for a fun, interactive yoga classes, mindfulness sessions and wellness workshops! Participants will learn and practice valuable wellness and SEL strategies to enhance your own well-being and to use with your students and colleagues. Plus, there will be great opportunities for networking and authentic connections with other passionate educators.

Coloring Wall and Reflective Questions
Engage your inner child and relax by spending some time at our coloring wall. Unleash your creativity with a design of your own or take some time to reflect upon our prompting questions. We want to hear from you- so make sure you share your thoughts on how you are able to balance your time.
Did you know that numerous studies have shown that petting a dog can reduce your stress levels? Make a plan to schedule to some time for a meet and greet with some of the most adorable VIPs (Very Important Puppers) in all of town! Practice some self-care by cuddling up to these therapy puppies. If you are anything like our conference planning team, being able to pet a puppy can automatically make your day brighter!
